		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes - it is a shame that so little demographic research is absent in the B2B world when it is now so easy and cheap to do. I think a lot of businesses still put the bare minimum into their websites, and that is why they get the bare minimum out of it. Then they think that the web is not a good medium for them - but it is really because they didn't get the full potential out of it in the first place!  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;SEO is essential -- heck, it's my field! -- but the rest of good marketing...knowing your demographic and THEIR preferences is just as important to web site success.  Passing this post on to some who need to know that!  LOL! &lt;/p&gt;
